Ya gotta love it for many reasons. It’ll make you much stronger overall. It’s an impressive exercise. You can add it to a variety  workouts for different goals. It’s impressive & can boost your confidence when you line up those plates on the bar, it rests on the floor, you walk up, bend over, and pull that thing up. When you stand there tall feeling all that weight in your hands, you can take a second and congratulate yourself because you have conquered something that some may never even attempt in there entire life at the gym!
