Here ya go with another Bodyweight challenge – got 2 minutes ??? Then go ahead if you can spare all that time & think you can hang with the pack!

Sit – Outs / Sit Through

Do as many as you can in 2 minutes – measure out the length of where your foot touches on each side – sit outs that don’t touch that line, don’t count – make sure you have the line for the challenge (not needed when just doing the exercise) this will keep you honest & ensure you do a complete rep!!

OK – go have fun & include this exercise in your workout once in a while – it adds to your Strength, Endurance, Core , and Agility GO ENJOY YOUR WORKOUT!
