Work Capacity Workout w/ Hex Bar + Bodyweight

Today is a short post.

Just want to share my Workout of the Day with you all. It’s a Work Capacity Workout & it’s gonna test your mental fortitude. It did mine!

I’m hitting a few things harder recently because I want to get back into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu / Submission Wrestling. I want to get stronger and increase my gas tank to get ready. Also,  I’m going on vacation soon …to a warm place …where I’ll be in board shorts and no shirt…so I want  to cut some of the weight I gained while doing a Power Lifting Program (Jim Wendler’s  5/3/1: The Simplest and Most Effective Training System to Increase Raw Strength ) for 4 months previous.

 

Here Ya Go:

50 Burpees

50 Trap Bar / Hex Bar Dead Lift

50 Push Ups

50 Pull Ups

Farmer Walks

 

 

Give this workout a go. It’ll put some gas in the tank for sure.

I broke it up into 5 Sets of 10 Reps & then finished with the Farmer Walks after all done to top it off.
